Beyond self-care: healthier schools, sustainable caring practice
Glenys Oberg is an Australian educator wellbeing, trauma-aware practice and workplace wellbeing consultant based in Brisbane. She helps schools understand and address burnout, compassion fatigue, workload and the organisational conditions shaping staff wellbeing.
Through keynote speaking, whole-staff professional development, leadership workshops, school wellbeing strategy sessions and individual consultations, Glenys translates evidence into practical change for educators and school leaders—online or in person.
